One of my favorite singer; One of my favorite song; One of my favorite version.
This is "Love Me Tender" from Elvis Presley。
Love Me Tender Elvis Presley Love me tender, love me sweet, never let me go You have made my life complete and I love you so Love me tender, love me true, all my dreams fulfill For, my darlin', I love you and I always will
Love me tender, love me long, take me to your heart. For it's there that I belong and we'll never part Love me tender, love me true, all my dreams fulfill. For, my darlin', I love you and I always will.
Love me tender, love me dear, tell me you are mine. I'll be yours through all the years till the end of time. Love me tender, love me true, all my dream fulfill. For, my darlin', I love you and I always will.
Angel Sarah McLachlan Spend all your time waiting For that second chance For a break that would make it okay There's always one reason To feel not good enough And it's hard at the end of the day I need some distraction Oh beautiful release Memory seeps from my veins Let me be empty And weightless and maybe I'll find some peace tonight
In the arms of an angel Fly away from here From this dark cold hotel room And the endlessness that you fear You are pulled from the wreckage Of your silent reverie You're in the arms of the angel May you find some comfort there
So tired of the straight line And everywhere you turn There's vultures and thieves at your back And the storm keeps on twisting You keep on building the lie That you make up for all that you lack It don't make no difference Escaping one last time It's easier to believe in this sweet madness oh This glorious sadness that brings me to my knees
In the arms of an angel Fly away from here From this dark cold hotel room And the endlessness that you fear You are pulled from the wreckage Of your silent reverie You're in the arms of the angel May you find some comfort there You're in the arms of the angel May you find some comfort here
Torna A Surriento Luciano Pavarotti Vide 'o mare quant'è bello!
Spira tantu sentimento.
Comme tu a chi tiene mente
Ca scetato 'o faje sunnà.
Guarda, gua' chistu ciardino;
Siente, sie' sti sciure arance.
Nu prufumo accussì fino
Dinto 'o core se ne va...
E tu dice "I' parto, addio!"
T'alluntane da stu core...
Da la terra da l'ammore...
Tiene 'o core 'e nun turnà
Ma nun me lassà
Nun darme stu turmiento!
Torna a Surriento,
Famme campà!
Vide 'o mare de Surriento,
Che tesoro tene 'nfunno:
Chi ha girato tutto 'o munno
Nun l'ha visto comm'a ccà.
Guarda attuorno sti sserene,
Ca te guardano 'ncantate
E te vonno tantu bene...
Te vulessero vasà.
E tu dice "I' parto, addio!"
T'alluntane da stu core...
Da la terra da l'ammore...
Tiene 'o core 'e nun turnà
Ma nun me lassà
Nun darme stu turmiento!
Torna a Surriento,
Famme campà!
當晚聽到很多經典歌曲,其中朋友唱出一首六十年代的作品,來自“Beatles”,Paul McCartney的好歌,“Till there was you”;這使我想起一件事來,由Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison & Ringo Starr四人組成之英國經典樂隊,鼎鼎大名,幾乎無人不曉的“Beatles”,竟然還沒有出現在《好歌同享》。
“Beatles”之好歌,個人較喜愛的有 “And I Love Her”、“Here, There And Everywhere”、“A Taste of Honey”、“PS I Love You”、“I'll Follow the Sun”、“Twist And Shout”、“Anna”、“Love Me Do”、“Ask Me Why”等等,當然還有很多好歌,數之不盡,未能盡錄。
Till there was you Beatles There were bells on a hill But I never heard them ringing No, I never heard them at all Till there was you
There were birds in the sky But I never saw them winging No, I never saw them at all Till there was you
Then there was music and wonderful roses they tell me in sweet fragrant meadows of dawn and dew
There was love all around But I never heard it singing No I never heard it at all Till there was you
Then there was music and wonderful roses they tell me in sweet fragrant meadows of dawn and dew
There was love all around But I never heard it singing No, I never heard it at all Till there was you Till there was you
心血來潮,突然間很想聽一首歌, "A Whiter Shade of Pale."
A Whiter Shade of Pale Procol Harum We skipped the light fandango Turned cartwheels cross the floor I was feeling kinda seasick But the crowd called out for more The room was humming harder As the ceiling flew away When we called out for another drink The waiter brought a tray
And so it was that later As the miller told his tale That her face, at first just ghostly, Turned a whiter shade of pale
She said, there is no reason And the truth is plain to see. But I wandered through my playing cards And would not let her be One of sixteen vestal virgins Who were leaving for the coast
And although my eyes were open They might have just as wellve been closed
And so it was that later As the miller told his tale That her face, at first just ghostly, Turned a whiter shade of pale
" I can fly higher than an eagle, 'cause you are the wind beneath my wings."
其中一位朋友在電郵裡說:「 You must be patient and strong to get it through. We all stand by you. The Wind Beneath My Wings",較喜歡Perry Como唱出的版本。
The Wind Beneath My Wings"才是主角。
The Wind Beneath My Wings Perry Como It must have been cold there in my shadow, to never have sunlight on your face. You were content to let me shine, that's your way, you always walked a step behind.
So I was the one with all the glory, while you were the one with all the strength. A beautiful face without a name -- for so long, a beautiful smile to hide the pain.
CHORUS: Did you ever know that you're my hero, and ev'rything I would like to be? I can fly higher than an eagle, 'cause you are the wind beneath my wings.
It might have appeared to go unnoticed, but I've got it all here in my heart. I want you to know I know the truth, of course I know it, I would be nothing without you.
What a Difference a Day Made Jamie Cullum What a difference a day made Twenty-four little hours Brought the sun and the flowers Where there used to be rain
My yesterday was blue, dear Today I'm part of you, dear My lonely nights are through, dear Since you said you were mine
What a difference a day makes There's a rainbow before me Skies above can't be stormy Since that moment of bliss, that thrilling kiss
It's heaven when you find romance on your menu What a difference a day made And the difference is you
五、六十年代,一對巴西籍兄弟,Los Indios Tabajaras,綽號《大紅蕃》,當時在樂壇以印第安人之形像出現,因而得到這稱號;兩人憑藉出色的結他技巧,再配上一些特別的樂器,演奏了多首醉人的樂曲,包括“Amapola”、“Por Que Eres Asi”、“Over The Rainbow”、“You Belong To My Heart”等,這裡聽到的卻是個人很喜歡的“Always In My Heart”。
What are you doing the rest of you life ?",倒不如在這裡聽聽這動人的歌曲,由Laura Fygi唱出的至愛版本。
What Are You Doing The Rest Of Your Life ? Laura Fygi What are you doing the rest of your life? North and south and east and west of your life I have only one request of your life That you spend it all with me
All the seasons and the times of your days All the nickels and the dimes of your days Let the reasons and the rhymes of your days All begin and end with me
I want to see your face in every kind of light In the fields of dawn and the forests of the night And when you stand before the candles on a cake Oh, let me be the one to hear the silent wish you make
Those tomorrows waiting deep in your eyes In the world of love that you keep in your eyes I’ll awaken what’s asleep in your eyes It may take a kiss or two
Through all of my life Summer, winter, spring, and fall of my life All I ever will recall of my life Is all of my life with you
