好歌同享 -- Someone Like You

圓潤的身形，滿是創作天賦，加上動人的嗓子，她就是在英國出生，八十後的創作歌手Adele, 二零一一年在享負盛名的音樂廳，英國的皇家阿爾拔堂（Royal Albert Hall）現場的精彩演繹個人的大熱作品 “Someone Like You”。

喜歡這個版本，因爲可以感受到她的Live演唱功架，與現場觀衆的互動；歌曲表面看似是描述男女之間的感情事，但想得深一點，還是可以看到多一些，分開已成是實，但不一定是壞事，失去了不一定要只有負面的看法，自己仍然堅持對人生抱著正面的態度。

隨談隨吐 -- 惜

七十多年前之烽火連綿，為龍的傳人留下刻骨銘心的烙印；今天很多生活在太平盛世，每天都是高床暖枕、豐衣足食的人們，如何能想像與理解當日的慘況。

三數天之前，一張教人心碎的照片之出現，震撼國際社會；三歲的可愛敘利亞男童，連同哥哥、父母，一家四口，為了逃避家鄉的戰火，冒險乘船從水路偷渡，途中出事，母親與兄弟兩人一同葬身大海，只有父親一人能夠倖存，事後在土耳其的海灘，發現那返魂乏術的小小身軀，當時這教人心碎的影像，驚動全球，孩子的一生就祇有三個年頭，那悲愴的畫面，亦正好道出戰亂的可怕與悲哀。

怪不得以前經常聽到一些長輩說：寧為太平狗，不作亂世人。

大家有空的時候，不妨想想什麼是「惜」。

隨談隨吐 -- 活

天津危險品大爆炸事發後，災區滿目瘡痍，死傷無數，其中有很多是趕往現場救人的消防員；一個炸彈在泰國曼谷繁盛的遊客區爆炸，都是無辜的人出事，泰國事件的不幸遇難者當中，有兩位是年輕的香港女孩子，品學兼優，理應有著美好的將來，假期的散心，卻變成了永別，上天在瞬間要把生命收回，沒有預告，沒有人可以有討價還價的機會。

任你是如何懂得珍惜上天賦予的生命，上天似是沒有承諾會何時或是以什麽形式，把這珍貴的東西收回。

好好把握著上天賦予的東西，不要浪費與糟蹋…
…活著並不是必然的事情。

吃喝小介 -- 亞來金河

以往在香港要吃一頓像樣的肉骨茶，真的不容易，但近年來這情況改變了很多，除了市面上有湯包出售之外，確實已經多了一些食肆，能夠炮製出點點星馬地道的感覺；之前在這裡提過上環的楊氏肉骨茶（已結業）﹑灣仔的莎巴馬來餐廳都可以提供不錯的肉骨茶。

數天前午膳於尖沙咀美麗華商場，四樓，《食四方》當中一家以星馬泰食品作爲主打菜色的食肆，「亞來金河」，為的是嚐嚐個人其中的一個至愛，肉骨茶。那裏的座位，間隔有特色，枱與枱之間的距離也算寬敞，不會太擁擠。 肉骨茶的味道感覺也頗地道，附有白飯和兩件小小的油條，九十八元港幣一客，不能算是便宜，但也值得一試。其他一般星馬泰食物，如海南雞飯﹑馬來沙爹串燒﹑泰式咖喱雜菜﹑泰式牛仔骨﹑娘惹喇沙等等的價錢大概介乎七﹑ 八十到一百多元不等，還提供很多不同的冷熱飲品，但使我情有獨鍾的卻是那杯蕎麥茶，喜歡它的味道，而且是有益身體的熱飲。
